Shri Ajay Makan, Minister of State for Urban Development, GOI, the Chief Guest of the function lighting the inaugural lamp to mark the beginning of Human Rights Day Celebrations 2007 at Press Club of India, New Delhi on the occasion of Human Rights Day(10th December). International Human Rights Protection Council (IHRPC) organizes such Human Rights Day Celebrations every year. Chaudhary Jamshed Alam (Chairman ihrpc) , Dinesh Sharma, Chief Correspondent Panjab Kesri & General Sec. IHRPC, Delhi State and bulbul mishra, famous Press Reporter were also present at the time of lighting ceremony.

Occasion was the launch of Manavadhikar Times by IHRPC, the only News paper on Human Rights in Hindi to spread awareness about Human Rights among the citizens of our country.
